RODNEY- Winston D.: Age 92, late of Kingston, Jamaica, and New York, USA, passed away peacefully at his home in Kingston on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Bom in Kingston, Jamaica, Winston was the son of the late George and Alpha Rodney.
His loving memory is treasured by his surviving family and friends: Children, Dennis Peterkin, Marva Rodney, Kathleen Andrews, (Max) and Tasha Rodney; brothers George (Betty), Karl, (Faye), sisters Winnifred Roper, Joyce Thomas, Hazel Blackman, Marcia Webster, (Dillon); grandchildren, Karifah, Kevin, Kurt, Javan, Janoi, Shanfa, Max Jr. Omar, great-grandchildren, Jasmine, Kaliene, Tyler, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was also predeceased by siblings Ivy, Lloyd, Harvey and Neville.
The funeral service will be held at St. Mary's the Virgin Anglican Church, 99 Molynes Road, Kingston 20 on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.. Interment follows at Dovecot Memorial Park. Funeral Directors: Roman's Funeral Home. Ltd. 969-3821-2
