GABBIDON - Avis Maud (Miss 
Gabby): Age 93yrs. Widow of the late 
Erick Gabbidon. Late of Mt Vernon, 
NY and Brighton Street, Clapham and 
Walkerswood, St. Ann. Died on February 24, 2014 at The Montefiore 
Mount Vernon Hospital. She is 
survived by children Pearla, Janet, 
Virtue, Alphanso, Enid (Cherry), 
Beverly, Carl, Viola, Shearon and 
Omar, 16 grandchildren, 10 great 
grandchildren, sons-in-law, 
daughters-in-law other relatives and 
friends. A service of thanksgiving will 
be held at St David's Episcopal 
Church Cambria Heights, Queens 
N.Y on Sunday Mar. 2, 2014. at 5pm. 
Funeral service will then be held on 
Wednesday March 12, 2014. at St. 
Paul's Anglican Church, Clapham, 
St. Ann at 1pm. Interment in 
Walkerswood Cemetery. Funeral
