OWENS - Ruel Cecil: Age 61yrs, late of Shrewbury, Petersfield, Westmoreland. Died on April 18, 2012, leaving mother - Celina Jarrett, daughters - Kadian, Cessa and Cetra, 3 grandchildren, sisters - Madge and Petricia, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Service of Thanksgiving for the late Ruel Cecil Owens will be held on Saturday May 5, 2012 at the Petersfield Baptist Church at 2:15pm, interment follows in the Petersfield Cemetery.
