Works Agency (N.W.A). Made his 
transition on Wednesday November 6, 
2013. Leaving widow Phyllis (Nee Smith), 
son Samuel, adopted son Hakeem, 
brother Audley, sister Yvonne, nephew 
Carl, niece Denise, uncle Henry Briscoe, 
cousins, in-laws other relatives, friends 
co-workers and Church family. 
Thanksgiving Service will be held on 
Wednesday December 11, 2013 at 
Bethel Temple Apostolic, 13 Fernleigh 
Avenue, May Pen, Clarendon at 11am. 
Interment at Dovecot Memorial Park.
