Retired Deputy Commissioner of Police 
and Glendon Circle passed away on 
Thursday October 24, 2013 leaving wife 
Kathleen, sons Franklin, Gene and Gary, 
grandchildren, nieces, nephews other 
relatives and friends. Thanksgiving 
service will be held on Saturday 
November 9, 2013 at the St. Stephen's 
United Church, Union Square, Cross 
Roads at 1:00 pm interment follows in the 
Dovecot Memorial Park. Funeral
