In loving memory ofDr.Seymour Thomas

THOMAS - Dr. Seymour:Age 87, of Miami, Florida, USA and formerly of Chudleigh, Christiana, and Doctor in charge of Percy Junor Hospital, Spalding, died on Tuesday, 7th February, 2012. He leaves devoted wife Pamela, sons Michael, Gordon (Shelly), Christopher and Richard (Charmaine), daughter Gillian (Jeremy Burke), 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Also brothers Garfield (Judith) of Mandeville, Ivor (Eileen) of Thornhill, Ontario and sister Glenda of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada; sisters-in-law Yvonne of Montreal and Pearl of Kingston. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, 3rd March at 10am at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 9225 137th Avenue, Miami, Florida.
