HARRIS - Violet Maud (Kitty): With great 
sadness we announce the passing of 
Violet Maud Harris (Kitty) age 84 late of 
Industry Cove, Green Island, Hanover 
died on June 24, 2013. Loving mother of 
Leita, Merris (Lapsy), Donald (Danny), 
Maureen and her many adopted 
children; Proud grandmother to 10 
grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 
beloved sisters Eunice, Madge, Cecile 
(Cissy) and Veta (Blossom), brother 
Goslyn, companion of Uncle Des 
(Desmond), nieces, nephews, cousins, 
friends and past colleagues from Green 
Island High School and all of whom will 
miss her dearly. Funeral service at Green 
Island High School, Hanover on Saturday 
July 13, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Internment at 
the family plot in Industry Cove, Green 
Island, Hanover. In lieu of flowers, 
donations may be made in Kitty’s 
memory to the Green Island High School 
or the Noel Holmes Hospital. Funeral
