In loving memory ofJoseph Hibbert

Joseph Hibbert, the former State Minister in the Ministry of Transport and Works, and Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) Member of Parliament for East Rural St. Andrew is dead.
He passed on Saturday June 15,2013 at the University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) due to hilliness.
 Mr Hibbert was the Member of Parliament for East Rural St.Andrew for two terms between 2002 and 2011. Dr Horace Chang, JLP  General Secretary described him as a mild mannered but strident politician.
