Thanksgiving service will be held on Wednesday April 10, 2013 at the Webster Memorial United Church 53 Half Way Tree Rd at 10:00 am. Inurnment follows in the Church Columbarium. Carmen was such a lovely person who embraced the simplicity of life and lived a humble and clean life. In her professional life, her integrity was of the highest repute. Carmen was always so cheerful and positive and surrounded herself with like-min
