POWELL - Cecil Roy (Power/Pow Pow): Aged 62 years. Late of Brooklyn, New York, Nottingham and Lincoln, Manchester and former operator of Youths Barber Salon at 21 Manchester Road, Mandeville, died suddenly January 26, 2013 in Brooklyn, leaving daughter Racquel-Susan Powell of Fosrich Group of Companies, sons Resuke (USA), Cassius (Jam) and Zachary (USA), grand daughter Suewellyn Brandy Wynter of Meadowbrook High School and Ningen Martial Arts Academy, grandsons Kesuke and Mozarrio, brothers, sisters, special cousins of the Murray Clan, other relatives and friends. Thanksgiving service will held on Saturday February 23, 2013 at the Mount Prospect Shiloh Apostolic Church, Manchester at 12:30pm. Interment follows in the family plot, Nottingham District, Manchester, Jamaica. Professional services by Lyn's Funeral Home, Mandeville
