HUDSON- Idona Elizabeth: Fraizer Wood, St. Mary. 1930 - 2012
Idona ( "ID") Hudson, long time resident of Highgate, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday September 5, 2012. She was born August 28, 1930 in Highgate, a daughter of the late Arnold Hudson and Margaret Hudson. She was a Lay Extraordinary Minister of Sacred Heart Church in Highgate.
Idona is survived by her daughters Esmie Brooks-Spalding and Gracelyn Oliver, her grand children- Andrea Oluwasola, Kadri Forbes, and Shanique Spalding; her great grand children: Ashley Oluwasola, Cassandra Oluwasola , Jordan Oluwasola; nieces: Andrea Bryan, Andrea Thomas, Arlene Bryan, Janet Malcolm, Jennifer Reynolds, Juliet Ramsey, Norma Walker-Gordon, Patricia Burke, Yvonne Wade, Christine Rothman, Winsome Hudson, and nephews: Joseph Walker, Michael Bryan, Neville Bryan, Patrick Bryan, and Raymond Hudson.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Hyacinth Hudson, Louise Hudson, Gwendolyn Hudson, and brothers: Clarence ("Rammo") Hudson and Sylvester Hudson.
Funeral services will assemble Saturday, September 29th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Highgate, ST. Mary, beginning at 2:00pm; with Rites of Committal at the Catholic Cemetery Port Maria, St. Mary.
