COLLINS - Elsie May: Late of Scarborough, Ont., Canada and Cheapside, Manchester. Died August 25, 2012. She is survived by six sisters, six brothers, a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives. Thanksgiving service will be held at Mizpah Moravian Church on Sept. 15 at 12:30 pm.
