PARCHMENT - Basil: Late of Birmingham England and 3B Johnson Close, Mandeville, died February 24, 2012, leaving wife Dotlyn (Marcia), daughter Bethany, son Wesley (England), grandchildren, twin-sisters Joyce (England) and Yvonne Parchment-Smith, nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends. Thanksgiving service on Saturday March 10, 2012 at Geddes Mt. Methodist Church Ginger Hill at 1:00pm. Interment family plot Ginger Hill.
