Leaving children: Tanya, David, Wayne, Patrick, Stephen, Lesley-Ann, grandchildren: Jeremiah, Ocean and Malaya, sisters: Betty Myers, Pat McIntosh, Bev Myers, Jason and Kerry McIntosh, Christina McIntosh and Craig McIntosh. A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 10, 2016 at the Swallowfield Chapel, 5 Swallowfield Road Kingston 5 at 11:00am.
