Karl Walton (Daddy Blue)

Walton - Karl aka Daddy Blue lost his battle with colon cancer on the morning of May4,2015, he was 57 years-old. DJ Daddy Blue was an original member of the Grant’s Pen-based Sound System Stereo One , which was lead by Lt. Stitchie, Wolfman and Ricky Stereo.
Daddy Blue was born on December 25, 1958. In 1991, he scored his biggest hit with “Video” which peaked at the No.3 position of The New York/WNWK Top 20 Chart. His next chart entry was the 1992 combination with singer Cane Juice, “Let’s Chill” which reached No.9.
