STULTZ: Victor H: Late of ASIS Security Company, Kingston & New Jersey, died in New Jersey on March 25, 2015 leaving wife Carmeletha (Bicknell), sisters Carol, Shirley and Elsa, nephews Victor & David, stepchildren Conrad & Conroy Champagnie, adopted daughter Kario Champagnie, other relatives & friends. Funeral Service held in New Jersey on March 27, 2015. Cremation followed Service.
