Commissioner of Police, son Sheldon, 
2 adopted children Jermaine & 
Velrose, spouse Patsy, nieces, 
nephews, 3 grandchildren, cousin Dr. June Francis, other relatives and 
friends. Funeral service will be held 
on Wednesday July 23, 2014 at Stella 
Maris Roman Catholic Church at 
11am. Interment Dovecot Memorial 
Park.
