Died on May 30, 2014, leaving husband Kenneth, children Michelle, Dave and Viviene, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Thanksgiving service will be held at Grace Gospel Chapel, St. Thomas Main Road, Harbour View on Saturday, June 14,2014 at 11:00am. To the family of Delceta, you have my deepest sympathy in your loss. No words can express how we feel when losing a loved one in death. God knows our pain and will soon wipe away all tears of sorrow, and death will be done away with (Rev 21:4)!
