2014 leaving dear wife Thelma, 
children Karen and Basil, son-in-law 
Fitzroy, 2 grandchildren, brothers, 
sisters, nieces, nephews other 
relatives and friends. Thanksgiving 
service will be held on Saturday, 
February 8, 2014 at the Waterford 
Baptist Church at 9:00am. Interment 
family plot Duncaster Manchester.

To the family of Cecil, you have my deepest sympathy in your loss. Death is one of the most difficult situations we must face. God knows our anxieties and he will remove them and will do away with death forever (Revelation 21:3, 4).
