Monique, Jayson, Paris, and Jayden, 1 
brother: Headley (England), nieces, 
nephews, other relatives and friends. 
Thanksgiving service will be held at the 
University Chapel, Mona on Saturday 
January 18, 2014 at 1:00p.m. Cremation 
a later date. Funeral Director: Roman's.
