September 3, 2013. Leaving Wife Vera, 9 
children, 28 grand children, 38 great

and friends.Thanksgiving service for the 
late Joel Vassel will be held on Saturday 
September 21, 2013 at the Sherwood 
Forrest New Testament Assembly for 
funeral service at 12noon. Interment 
follows in the Sherwood Forest Cemetery
