LAWRENCE - Headley Samuel "Sam": Age: 72 years. Late of Norwich District, Portland. Died on January 29th, 2013, leaving children: Wayne (England), Vanessa (Barita Investments Limited), Katy-Ann (Portland), Jeremy (Ministry of Health), Samantha (Portland), nieces: Lorraine (Connecticut) & Doret (New Jersey), grand children: Wayne "Rushane", Stefan, Shaquille, Akeem, Darel & Danique, Daughter-in-law: Jacqueline, Son-in-law: Michael, brothers: Fred, Keith, Edwin, Carl and Jerald, Sisters: Hazel and Andrea, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Candle Lighting Service will be held at Folly Oval, Portland, on February 8, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.

Thanksgiving service will be held at the Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville, on Sunday, February 10, at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
