WALCOTT - Noel (Wally): EX-JDF WO II. Died December 31, 2012. Leaving 9 children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Thanksgiving service will be on Wednesday January 23, 2013 at the Garrison Church of the Ascension, Up Park Camp at 2:00pm. Interment in the Briggs Park Cemtery, Up Park Camp. Funeral Directors: Sam Isaacs and Son Ltd.
