Vernon, NY, passed away on Sunday, November 11th leaving parents Basil and Dulcie (Green) Rose, son Justin, brothers Andre and Damion, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral Service on Monday, November 19th, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Bronx and interment of Tuesday, Woodlawn Cemetery.
