St. Elizabeth made her transition at Northwick Hospital on October 22, 2012. Leaving husband Winston Blake, step daughters Sardia, Shericka and Jody-Ann, mother Enid Whiteley, brothers Granville, Neville, Clement, Glen & Owen Whiteley, sisters Angella & Avis, other relatives and friends. Thanksgiving service will be held on Sunday November 25, 2012 at the Shiloah Apostolic Church at 1:00pm, Rose Hall District, St. Elizabeth. Interment in the family plot, Rose Hall District.
