died on November 25, 2015. Leaving: 
2 Sons, 4 Daughters, 15 Grand 
Children, 1 Great Grand Child, 2 
Brothers, 1 Sister, Nieces, nephews, 
other relatives and friends. 
Thanksgiving service will be held on 
Saturday December 12, 2015 at the 
Midway Missionary Church, Rocky 
Hill, St. Elizabeth at 12:00pm. 
Interment follows in the family plot 
Park District, Santa Cruz, St. 
Elizabeth.
